What services does KCE have to offer?

We are a full service property management company. We will manage your property from vacancy to tenant move out, complete maintenance, rent, claims and accounting.

I have a home warranty, can I still use it?

Yes! Just designate KCE as a user of the home warranty services in question, on your behalf. We will coordinate the maintenance request with the home warranty agent.

May I advertise my property?

We recommend that you utilize our marketing services. Our team will strategically place your property on internet sites and local advertising agencies such as Rental Homes of America, etc.

May I do some of the maintenance?

We strongly recommend using our team of professional and highly competitive vendors and maintenance department to perform repairs and maintenance. You are not prohibited to perform some maintenance on your property.

Does my home have to be empty to show it?

The property should be empty to show. The main reason is to reduce liability for you and for our company. Secondly, an empty home encourages most renters to your property quickly.

Initially we will discuss your objectives and goals to determine if we can help you achieve them. Next, a thorough analysis of your property will be performed so we may establish an estimated rent range. We will review the management agreement with you.
